Below is a selection of projects we are particularly proud of. Of course, every project is important to us, but we want to highlight in particular, the diverse range of possibilities we can bring to your project.
Ft. Pickens Campground Store: $182,000.00
Sunrise was awarded the contract through the Federal Gov't to rebuild and restore the Campground Store at the Ft. Pickens Campground on Santa Rosa Island. Restorations were considered a "full exterior envelope remodel", including foundation and footing underpinning, window and door replacement, new siding and trim, and hurricane shutter installation.
Daughtry House/Poarch Creek Indian Tribe: $129,000.00
As the General Contractor, we managed this project from the ground up. We were heavily involved in the design process, working with PCI and the customer to ensure the feasibility of all design ideas, as well as continuing a working relationship with the customer to ensure their long-term satisfaction with our company.
NAS Pensacola: $42,016.00
As the Project Contractor, we are hired to remove and replace 45 Plexiglas windows and 3 skylights in Buildings 3690 and 3900, respectively. This work includes removing rust from steel frames, then priming and painting them.
NAS Pensacola: $59,846.00
Replace and Paint all previously painted surfaces on the interior of Building.
Remove and Install flooring in Building 3965.
Remove and Install carpeting/tile in Building 735.
Creek Casino, Montgomery, AL: $78,000.00
Painted metal doors and jams, ceilings and walls.
Poarch Creek Indians (Tribal Housing): $1,600,000.00
Various home renovations and New Houses.
